We undertake the toll reclamation and processing of your material in our compounding plant so that it can rejoin its original production line. The toll processing division at pal plast GmbH offers a number of routes that unlock cost reduction and outsourcing potential for you.
Together with our customers we develop reclamation concepts which include:
- Toll grinding - milling of the sprues and reject parts followed by dust and metal removal. If desired we can purchase all of your production scrap and deliver the required quantity of material according to your demand back to you in reprocessed form. Where additional amounts are needed we can source these through external purchasing.
- Toll granulation/ pelletising - manufacture of high quality polymer granulate from regrind. Metal separators and melt filtration guarantee a very high level of purity, whilst laboratory tests in parallel to the production process safeguard impeccable quality.
- Toll compounding - colour matching and addition of additives to material that you supply to us.
The finished product can be called off for delivery so that just in time manufacture is possible. On top of this we are happy to develop logistical systems for you and take care of the provision of collection containers.
