Compounds
High-quality compounds for individual requirements.
Our compounds are made from high-quality virgin material from well-known manufacturers. Compounding combines various ingredients to create a homogeneous raw material mixture. Depending on customer requirements, our compounds can be colored and modified with additional fillers and reinforcing materials or additives.
Regranulates
Efficient regranulates with a high additive concentration.
Our regranulates are made from high-quality regrind that comes from primary processing. They contain almost the same concentration of additives as the original virgin material. Regranulates can be colored as required.
Recompounds
Perfect recompounds for precise technical properties.
In contrast to regranulates, recompounds are produced on the basis of formulations developed by us. New materials or compounds can also be used. This makes it possible to precisely control the technical properties according to specific customer requirements. Our recompounds almost achieve the quality of a compound. The proportion of recycled material in the product can be found in the respective data sheet.
Standard and special colors
Individual color variety for every requirement.
We can produce every technically possible standard and special color for both small and large quantities of raw materials. We have state-of-the-art production facilities with a capacity of 25,000 tons per year at our disposal to process your orders quickly.
Trial and sample productions
Innovative prototypes for your specific needs.
We also carry out test and sample productions as required. We are happy to advise you on site and work with you to develop customized materials according to your requirements.
Compounding
Efficient contract manufacturing for your materials.
On our production facilities, we take over the grinding, processing and compounding of your materials in contract manufacturing, which then find their way back into the original production line. Our contract manufacturing division offers our customers a wide range of outsourcing and cost reduction potential. Together with you, we develop processing concepts that can include the following contract work:
Contract grinding
Grinding of sprues and missing parts with subsequent dedusting and demetallization. On request, we can purchase all of your residual materials and return the required quantity to you in processed form. If additional quantities are required, we can procure these through additional purchases.
Wage granulation
Production of high-quality plastic pellets from regrind. Metal separators and melt filtration ensure a high degree of purity. Our in-process laboratory tests ensure flawless quality.
Contract compounding
Contract manufacturing of compounds based on the virgin material and additives supplied by you, which are processed according to a specified recipe.
Contract coloring
Color adjustment and the addition of additives to achieve the material properties you require.

Regrinds
High-quality regrind from first processing.
Since the founding of pal plast , our range of services has included the production and sale of regrinds.
When purchasing production residues such as sprues and missing parts, we make sure that they come exclusively from first processing.
Our in-house grinding plants and the processes downstream of grinding enable the production of pure grinding materials that are dedusted, demetallized and separated according to the desired grain size.
Transportation and logistics
Flexible and reliable logistics.
We supply plastic granules in the packaging you require (octabin, big bag, bagged goods). Finished goods can be delivered on call so that you can produce just-in-time.
On request, we will be happy to create a logistics concept for you that is tailored to your individual requirements - including the provision of collection containers. Our offer also includes special recycling concepts for plastics production.
Our large and well-stocked warehouse on our premises and our competent fleet management guarantee a flexible and punctual collection and delivery service. Just-in-time or according to your delivery requirements, we can ship the material you need both domestically and abroad.

All work and production processes are accompanied by continuous quality control, and a reference sample is taken from every batch produced.
Raw materials as well as intermediate and end products are comprehensively tested in our own laboratory and the values determined are documented in a factory test certificate.
